# Alert intelligence

- **Storms collapse.** A hundred repeats of the same page fold into one.
- **Duplicates recognised.** A re-fire lands on the issue it belongs to instead of opening a new one, even when your provider re-groups it.
- **Judged on the data.** The agent pulls the real query behind your monitor and the metric around the firing, and compares it with normal.
