Paid plans renew monthly or yearly until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at period end; the workspace moves to Free.
Overage stops when you say so. Past the pool, the default is to pause, not to spend.
Opt in to pay-as-you-go and extra usage is metered in credit blocks, under a monthly cap you set. Agents stop at the cap. Bring your own model key and that usage is never metered here.

Do I have to talk to sales to get a price?
No. Every price and limit is on this page, served by the same API the product bills against. Only Enterprise is priced individually.
What are credits?
Cost-weighted AI tokens. Each model carries a multiplier, and one shared monthly pool funds everything agents do: threads, automations, investigations, autofixes. It resets monthly.
What happens when the credits run out?
Agents pause until the pool resets, with warnings at 70% and 90% first. Nothing charges on its own. On paid plans you can turn on pay-as-you-go overage instead: extra usage is metered in credit blocks under a monthly cap you set, and agents stop when they hit it.
What does the Free plan include?
Three developers, two cloud accounts, two automations, unlimited repos and integrations, and a monthly credit pool. Automatic investigations cap at 10 per rolling 24 hours; manual ones never count.
Do MCP and API reads count against limits?
No. MCP and API reads are unlimited on every plan, including Free. Agentic work draws from the plan's monthly credits: investigations, autofixes, pull request reviews.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period, then the workspace moves to Free. Annual billing is monthly minus 20%.
