Do I have to talk to sales to get a price?
No. Every price and limit is published at polylane.com/pricing, pulled from the same system that bills you.
What are credits?
Credits are AI usage, weighted by what each model costs. One shared pool covers everything Polylane's agents do: threads, investigations and fixes. It resets every month.
What happens when the credits run out?
Polylane warns you before the pool runs out, then the agents pause until it resets. Nothing is charged automatically. Plans with pay-as-you-go can switch it on instead, under a monthly cap you set; polylane.com/pricing shows which plans have it.
What does the Free plan include?
Every Free limit, including the monthly credit pool, is on the Free card at polylane.com/pricing.
Do MCP and API reads count against limits?
No. MCP and API reads are unlimited on every plan, including Free. Agentic work draws from the plan's monthly credits: investigations, autofixes, pull request reviews.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. It takes effect at the end of the billing period, and the workspace moves to Free. Monthly and yearly prices are both on polylane.com/pricing.
