Subprocessors
Effective date: July 25, 2026
Third parties that process customer data so Polylane can run. The default model tier runs entirely on Cloudflare-hosted models; Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and xAI receive data only when a workspace selects that provider.
| Name | Purpose | Data |
|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare | Infrastructure: hosting, storage, default model inference, transactional email | All service data: workspace content, telemetry, account data, email content |
| Amazon Web Services | Cloud infrastructure for the AWS integration | AWS account events and connection metadata from connected AWS accounts, routed through our AWS environment |
| Anthropic | Model inference, when selected as your model provider | Prompts: workspace telemetry, code context, thread content |
| OpenAI | Model inference, when selected as your model provider | Prompts: workspace telemetry, code context, thread content |
| Model inference (Gemini), when selected as your model provider; OAuth sign-in; web font delivery | Prompts as above; email and profile if you sign in with Google; IP address when product pages load Google Fonts | |
| xAI | Model inference (Grok), when selected as your model provider | Prompts: workspace telemetry, code context, thread content |
| GitHub | Source control access via our GitHub App; OAuth sign-in | Repository code and metadata, pull requests, issues; email and profile if you sign in with GitHub |
| Stripe | Payments and billing | Email, billing metadata. Card details are held by Stripe, never by us |
| Mixpanel | Product analytics | Name, email, product usage events |
| Plausible | Web analytics | Page URLs and referrers; cookieless, no persistent identifiers |
| Microsoft Clarity | Session analytics in the product console | Console session interactions |
| Gravatar | Profile avatars | Hashed email address |
| Slack | Internal operations and support notifications | Name, email, feedback text |
Integrations you connect — GitHub, Slack, Sentry, Datadog, your cloud accounts — run against your own accounts under your own agreements. They are not subprocessors in that capacity; GitHub, Amazon Web Services, and Slack appear above only for the ways we use them ourselves.
Bring your own model key and inference runs under your provider agreement, not ours.
