How Supermemory ships fast without watching every deploy
Supermemory is the memory API for AI products, used by thousands of developers to store, search and recall user context, at more than five billion tokens a day.
Supermemory was one of Polylane’s earliest customers, and uses it to watch every deploy across Cloudflare and PlanetScale, catch what breaks, and hand the team the cause and the fix.

The challenge
Supermemory's team ships many times a day across its API, its apps and its docs. Each deploy is a chance for something to break quietly: a docs deployment that fails, an endpoint that slows down, a job that stops running.
With a small team building fast, nobody has time to stare at dashboards after every deploy, and the quiet failures are the ones that hurt most.
“We ship many times a day and our traffic is spiky. Polylane watches every deploy for us. It found a broken deployment before anyone on the team noticed, told us what went wrong, and had the fix ready. That's the job we used to do at 2am.”
Dhravya Shah Founder & CEO at Supermemory Why Polylane
Polylane watches every deploy and the telemetry around it, from PlanetScale to Sentry. When a deployment of Supermemory's docs broke, Polylane found it automatically and told the team, with the evidence, before anyone had noticed.
How Supermemory uses it
Issues arrive in Slack and Linear with the root cause and the change that caused them. When there is a code fix, Polylane opens it in GitHub for review, and Supermemory's engineers pick it up in Cursor with Polylane's context.
The results
In 30 days from September 4, Polylane monitored 412 cloud resources, detected 2,201 anomalies and surfaced 306 issues worth investigating. It opened 150 fixes for review. Polylane also reviewed 255 of Supermemory's pull requests against live production and flagged 9 risky changes before they merged.
